Lost or Damaged Shipments:
Mazal Switzerland is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
